Stacked Units: Space Under Stairs
Do not store any items under the stairs of the stacked units. This is a fire and disabilities issue governed by laws, not just our CC&R's.Effective December 1st, 2009, any items found under the stairs are subject to being confiscated.
Notification of this policy was made using the "Vintage Voice" newsletter, Fall 2009, Issue 15.
Trash Bins
The only item that can be there is the handicap access trash bin.
The trash bins under the stairs are for handicap use only! If you are caught usuing a trash bin for handicap use only you are subject to a fine.
Please be considerate and take your own garbage to the dumpster if you are not set up for this service!
